BIO’S
HOST: SAMANTHA RYAN
From formal theatrical training at Syracuse University, to development projects with Greenwich International Film Festival and The Emelin Theater, to performing comedy at NYC venues including The Comic Strip, Whiskey Cellar, Sugar Mouse and with Westchester collectives Berns & Berman Underground and The Comedy Ward, Samantha is no stranger to the stage.  Her work is inspired by lived experience, intergenerational dynamics, and the rhythms of real conversation, with a focus on women navigating midlife transitions and the LGBTQ+ and otherwise underrepresented communities.
Her stories live in the space between humor and danger, where laughter functions as both defense mechanism and truth teller.

JACOB BRADY
Jacob is a lower Hudson valley comic (located in New Rochelle) for a year and a half who loves making people laugh. He is a dog walker and studying to become a trainer by day and a comic by night.  A mix of dark and light humor the perfect balance for a set you won’t forget!

CHRIS HOPKINS-WARD
A long time performer and comedy enthusiast, Chris has worked in sketch teams, improv troupes, and appeared in Academy Award winning films. He also was NYC Casting’s go-to mime for a year. He lives in Hartdale.

KATE MARRIN
Kait has finally made her comeback to Stand-Up Comedy! This is her first official show since 2010, when she was a NYC-based comic. She has her BFA as a Trained Thespian from The Hartt School of Theater. She’s also well versed in improv-comedy, having graduated from UCB (Upright Citizen’s Brigade) in 2010. Kait’s comedy is real, raw, and quirky. Besides comedy, Kait’s a proud Irish-Leo and considers herself to be an average female rapper & singer, and a great songwriter/lyricist. She is a total audiophile. But, COMEDY is where she THRIVES and loves to be. She is thrilled to be back at it!

TIM DEERY
Our resident Performer/Producer, Tim has run Comedy on the Hudson since 2018 and Cult Classic Movie Night since 2016.  His latest on-screen work includes supporting roles in Jeff Frumess’ upcoming feature My Shadow, Todd Rawiszer’s upcoming short New Tattoo, Jack Wheeler’s 2025 short I Love Summer, and the starring role in Wolf Face’s Owen Is A Dracula.

PROFESSOR Ag47
Spelled and pronounced like the element, Professor Ag47 doesn’t know what the f*&% he’s talking about and on April 11th, he’s gonna prove it! Take a seat in the symposium. The Agenda for every session is: Laugh & Learn! We’ll see you in class!

HEADLINER: MISS LISSA
Miss Lissa is a NYC-based stand-up comedian, host, and media personality known for her sharp crowd work, cultural commentary, and fearless honesty. A dynamic live performer, she thrives in unpredictable rooms, delivering high-energy, engaging sets. She’s worked alongside Mark Normand, is mentored by Keith Robinson, and has featured for Michael Blackson and TK Kirkland. Miss Lissa was recently featured in Time Out New York and selected for a Just for Laughs showcase, continuing to establish herself as a rising voice in comedy.
