BIO’S
HEADLINER: MISS LISSA
Miss Lissa is a NYC-based stand-up comedian, host, and media personality known for her sharp crowd work, cultural commentary, and fearless honesty. A dynamic live performer, she thrives in unpredictable rooms, delivering high-energy and engagement. She’s worked alongside Mark Normand, is mentored by Keith Robinson, and has featured for Michael Blackson and TK Kirkland. Miss Lissa was recently featured in Time Out New York and selected for a Just for Laughs showcase, continuing to establish herself as a rising voice in comedy.

HOST: SAMANTHA RYAN
From formal theatrical training at Syracuse University, to development projects with Greenwich International Film Festival and The Emelin Theater, to performing comedy at NYC venues including The Comic Strip, Whiskey Cellar, Sugar Mouse and with Westchester collectives Berns & Berman Underground and The Comedy Ward, Samantha is no stranger to the stage.  Her work is inspired by lived experience, intergenerational dynamics, and the rhythms of real conversation, with a focus on women navigating midlife transitions and the LGBTQ+ and otherwise underrepresented communities.  Her stories live in the space between humor and danger, where laughter functions as both defense mechanism and truth teller.

PROFESSOR Ag47
Take a seat in the symposium. Spelled and pronounced like the element, Professor Ag47 doesn’t know what the f*&% he’s talking about – and on April 11th, he’s gonna prove it!  The Agenda for every session is: Laugh & Learn! We’ll see you in class!

TIM DEERY
Our resident Performer/Producer, Tim has run Comedy on the Hudson since 2018 and Cult Classic Movie Night since 2016.  His latest on-screen work includes supporting roles in Jeff Frumess’ upcoming feature My Shadow, Todd Rawiszer’s upcoming short New Tattoo, Jack Wheeler’s 2025 short I Love Summer, and the starring role in Wolf Face’s Owen Is A Dracula.

KAIT MARRIN
Hastings-on-Hudson’s Kait Marrin has finally made her comeback to Stand-Up Comedy and is ready to once again bring the real, raw, and quirky to her first official show since 2010! She has her BFA as a Trained Thespian from The Hartt School of Theater and is well versed in improv, having graduated from Upright Citizen’s Brigade in 2010. Kait, a proud Irish-Leo, moonlights as rapper, singer, and songwriter, but COMEDY is where she THRIVES – and she is thrilled to be back!

CHRIS HOPKINS-WARD
A long time performer and comedy enthusiast, Hartdale-based Chris Hopkins-Ward has worked in sketch teams, improv troupes, and appeared in Academy Award winning films. He was also NYC Casting’s go-to mime for a year!

JACOB BRADY
New Rochelle-based Jacob Brady is a dog walker + soon-to-be-trainer by day and comic by night, mixing fun stories of his furry friends with his trademark dark humor for the perfect balance you won’t forget!
