Diabetes Support Group: Kidney Health

Discover a community that understands your journey with diabetes, offering support and guidance when you need it the most. Experience the strength of being a part of a network that celebrates resilience and provides resources to help you navigate your own health journey and help those you know. This program will offer support for Diabetes Management topics: Healthy Coping & Eating, Being Active, Taking Medications, Monitoring, Reducing Risks and Problem Solving.
These meetings are open to all community members, including Dobbs Ferry seniors, and will be held on the last Wednesday of the month.
Monthly Themes will be:

- April 30: Coping Strategies
- May 28: Exercise
- June 25: Nutrition
- July 30: Medication
- August 27: Being Prepared
- September 24: Technology & Monitoring
- October 29: Advocacy
- November 26: Self-Care
- December 26: Holiday Cooking
