Come learn about The Hutchinson River Restoration Project (HRRP) an organization dedicated to restoring and enhancing the health of the Hutchinson River. In this presentation, you will hear the history of the Hutchinson River through New Rochelle, and what is being done to ensure the health of the River for current and future generations.

HRRP engages the public in many ways, including Winter Walks, EcoTours, river cleanups, lectures, and tabling at fairs and farmers markets. The organization has also conducted soil and water testing along the river and continues to research the overall health of the Hutchinson River. Through this work, HRRP aims to build a strong coalition of organizations and individuals who share a commitment to protecting and improving the river’s health.
