Planning has begun for the January 2027 Mini Golf Fundraiser

Last year over 400 people came to play 18 holes in our Library over 2 days. 2027 will see an even bigger turn out.

We are looking for volunteers to help find sponsors and silent auction items. If you are interested in helping make this great event possible email ecarlson@dobbsferrylibrary.org

We are also looking for sponsors. There are several levels of sponsorship, so pick the one that best fits your business or organization:

Title sponsor – $1500 – Name and logo prominently displayed on all marketing materials and around the library.

Hole sponsors – $250-$350 – Sponsor and decorate your own hole. Name and logo displayed on all marketing materials.

Golf club, golf ball and scorecard sponsors – $150-$300 – Name and logo will be displayed on all marketing materials.

Food & beverage in-kind donations – We are looking for lite fare and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) for our adults only event. We are looking for pizza and soda for our teen night.

Silent auction items – Donate goods and services to be auctioned throughout the weekend.
