Owl Pellet Dissection (Registration Required)

Ages 7 to 14 in the Community Room.

Our annual ecology program is back! Join librarians Ned and Gina to discover what owls eat and learn how to reconstruct a skeleton by searching through your very own owl pellet to find animal bones.

Please reserve a dissection kit (complete with magnifying glass, gloves, pellet, and everything else you’ll need!) ahead of time by registering for this program via dobchildref@wlsmail.org or calling (914) 693-6615.
