BIO’S
HOST – TIM DEERY
Our resident Performer/Producer, Tim has run 14 Stand Up Comedy Showcases, 79 Comedy Open Mic’s, 4 FerryCon‘s, 3 Local Filmmakers Spotlight‘s, and 96 Cult Classic Movie Night‘s for DFPL, which, if you’re keeping count, requires a lot of fingers & toes. His latest on screen work includes a starring role as a vampire, who sucks, in the music video “Owen Is A Dracula” from Wolf Face.

CARA AMORE
Cara’s material is based on her life experiences and daily happenings, as well as observations she’s made along the way. Cara’s sense of humor and charm make her a must see on the comedy circuit. Cara has performed at venues across the country and cut her teeth on the New York comedy scene at such venues as Governors Comedy Club, The Brokerage, Gotham Comedy Club and Broadway Comedy Club. Cara was a principal in the acting troupe “Improbable Players” dedicated to educating middle school aged children about alcohol and drug addiction. She was a semi-finalist in the Food Network’s “Next Food Star” and a principal player in the comedy and variety troupe The Italian Chicks. As a result of living a sober life, Cara believes her greatest accomplishment to date, is being a mom her son.

TROY BYNUM
Troy Bynum is a New York based stand-up, improv, and sketch comic. He’s appeared on VH1 and MTV and was featured in the films “American Bomber” and “Confederate Behaviour.” He hosted and co-produced the monthly West Village stand-up show, The Carrie and Troy Tomfoolery Hour. He’s looking forward to making his DFPL Showcase debut!

GLEN MILLER
The one and only… Satan’s Comic!
DAVID BECKLES JR.
David Beckles Jr. was born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in Barbados. When he returned to the US, he pursued Media & Communication Arts at the City College of New York. Growing up a joke teller. his love for stand up comedy and acting led him to perform in several Shakespeare productions, most notably Othello. These days, David can be found honing his love of stand up and sketch comedy all around the tri-state area.

DEBBIE BAZZA
Debbie Bazza was born and raised in the South Bronx. Her lifelong dream was to be a housewife and mother, a goal incessantly encouraged by her family. After raising two daughters and surviving three marriages she decided to finally do what she loves – stand-up comedy and acting. Debbie weaves experiences of motherhood, marriage and domestic encounters throughout her routine.
Debbie was in several comedy festivals, was on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and was a finalist on ABC’s The View’s Most Hilarious Housewife Contest.”

Based in New York City, Josh Kincade is a comedian who fearlessly delves into topics like financial struggles, monotony, and the absurdities of contemporary existence. His authentic approach resonates with audiences of all ages (18+), earning him accolades such as Laugh It Up’s Next Top Comic and multiple appearances as a Roast Madness Finalist. He’s graced stages at renowned comedy clubs across the Northeast, including Levity Live, Funnybone, Laugh It Up, and The Comedy Works. Catch Josh regularly on tour, where he opens for comedian Nick DiPaolo nationwide.
