In light of the recent special election regarding dispensaries operating in Dobbs Ferry, it seemed a topical and pertinent time to explore some of the themes that set the debate off with some good ole fashioned Cannabis Cult Classics (intended for adults)!

So join us Thursday, 4/20/23 at 8pm for a double feature of Reefer Madness (1936/PG/66 min/Comedy, Crime, Drama) & Half Baked (1998/Rated R/82 min/Comedy, Crime)! Stay after the movies for our always lively Film Discussion where we’ll share trivia and have fun prizes!

Reefer Madness

Cautionary tale that features a fictionalized take on marijuana use. A trio of drug dealers lead innocent teenagers to become addicted to “reefer” cigarettes by holding wild parties with jazz music.

Half Baked

The story of three not so bright men who come up with a series of crazy schemes to get a friend out of jail by selling marijuana from a research lab.
