summary: A traveling mariachi is mistaken for a murderous criminal and must hide from a gang hell-bent on killing him. The first part of the saga that came to be known as Robert Rodriguez‘s Mexico Trilogy, which was followed by Desperado and Once Upon A Time in Mexico.
