- A short talk on a chronic care issue, “Heart Health Awareness and Management,” will be presented
- Medical professionals will do blood pressure screening and vital signs monitoring. A physician will be present to do a further exam, if necessary.
- Wellness gifts for attendees, such as herbal teas, healthy snacks, and first aid kits will be available.
