Ferry Festa is Dobbs Ferry’s largest community event, an annual street fair with festivities, crafts, entertainment, music, and vendors. Join us for our 21st year of celebration on downtown Cedar and Main Streets — or at the Dobbs Ferry Library!
We’ve got events for all ages happening at the library, including:
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM: Used Book Sale & Quilt Raffle
Stop by the Library to shop for used books and buy raffle tickets to win a quilt. All proceeds go to the Friends of the Dobbs Ferry Public Library.
The quilt was made buy Mary’s Yarn quilt group. They meet once a month on Monday to work on their squares and assemble the quilt.
10:30 AM: K-9 Storytime with Buddy (All Ages)
Our Paws for Reading therapy dog is making a special visit to the library for a big dog-themed storytime and craft in honor of Ferry Festa! We will read some stories together, as well as have a chance to read with and celebrate Buddy.
12:00 PM: MarioKart Tournament (Grades 4-6)
Compete in a Mario Kart tournament! The winner will receive a trophy.
1:00 PM: Grupo Folklorico Kaukalli Dance Class (All Ages)
Everyone can come and learn Mexican dancing with instructors from Grupo Folklorico Kaukalli!
3:00 PM: MarioKart Tournament (Grades 7-12)
Compete in a Mario Kart tournament! The winner will receive a trophy.
6:30 PM: Stand Up Comedy Showcase (18+)
As a part of Dobbs Ferry’s biggest annual event of the year – Ferry Festa – join us to close out the festivities at our 17th FREE Stand Up Comedy Showcase (intended for 18+) in Dobbs Ferry Public Library’s Community Room!
