Summer Reading Game at the Library
June 24th - August 23rd

The Summer Reading Game begins on Monday June 24 and runs through August 23. Our theme this year is "A Universe of Stories."
Join the Reading Game at the Library by putting your name on a Reading Folder. (Folders are kept in the Library.) Read, write the book titles in your folder,
put stickers on the game around the Children's Room, answer questions, and get a prize.
READ-TO-ME GAME
Children who do not read yet play the Game when others read books to them.

Celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Apollo 11 Moon Landing

Join us for a live webcast event of a guided re-creation of Apollo 11's journey to see how this mission was executed by crew members and mission control!

Build and Launch a Plastic Bottle Rocket

Pre-registration REQUIRED. Bring a 1 liter plastic bottle and create a rocket out of it.

Grab a "stuffed friend" and come to an evening of stories and crafts. Children are invited to wear their pajamas!

Come and see "Dumbo" on the big screen! Everyone is welcome but seating is limited. Movie is Rated PG. A young elephant, whose oversized ears enable him to fly, helps save a struggling circus, but when the circus plans a new venture, Dumbo and his friends discover dark secrets beneath its shiny veneer.
